Go-to Breakfast

Hey guys! Today I have a quick post about what my favorite breakfast to eat is! This quick recipe won't apply to vegans, but if you enjoy this post, I will be sure to include more recipes that can apply to everyone!
Personally, I hate eating breakfast. Don't get me wrong, I love a big, fabulous brunch, but when I have to eat at times such as 6:00, 7:00, or 8:00, it can be an extreme struggle to get anything down without me wanting to puke. My inability to eat food at early hours is a pretty big hindrance, but I have finally been able to have a recipe that I eat for breakfast, lunch, and even dinner!
My all time favorite breakfast is avocado toast with, a fried egg, tomatoes, hot sauce, and lots of salt and pepper. I am totally obsessed.
While there is no specific type of "brand" that is needed to make this, the ones I use are...
Bread: (1 slice) of Organic Good Seed Bread
Avocado: (Half) of an Organic or Regular, ripe avocado
Eggs: (1 egg) Any type of Cage free or organic eggs!
Tomatoes: (4) baby tomatoes
Hot sauce: Cholula or Tabasco sauce (Add to taste: it depends on what your spice tolerant)
Salt and Pepper: Any basic salt or pepper
I realize that organic products are often more expensive than regular produce, so if you are on a budget, don't feel pressured to buy organic products! :)
